It has been an amazing set of sessions. The stuff that we have learnt over the last 3 months and the actionable points we have been able to take back have been nothing short of amazing. And we are already seeing things working better as we are heading into the season. Max is an amazing mentor - his wealth of knowledge, experience, ability to structure, understanding of the business / situation, and pinpoint answers to all our problems is quite incredible. 

I can't even begin to thank you enough for the amazing expertise you brought to the Kreedo project! As you heard from both Mani and Mridula today, it is not only the wisdom that you bring but also that it is always practical and coupled with real-world examples. As Mridula said, "you make it feel so real". On my side, it was so much fun to learn from you and work alongside you. Your positive energy is infectious. I couldn't have imagined a better fit for this team and project. 

Thank you Max for all guidance. Your inputs on creating simplified SOPs, Incentives, KRAs have helped a lot. Keeping it simple is my key takeaway from all the sessions and time spent chatting with you. Gratitude for taking out the time to help me and my team.
