LEADWAY ASSURANCE
The objective of the insurance company Leadway Assurance project is to recruit and manage a frontline team of 2,000 entry-level insurance sales agents, all operating on a 100% commission basis. These agents will focus primarily on selling auto insurance policies while also promoting Leadway's innovative model, which enables clients to receive instant insurance quotes and policies through a mobile app. This streamlined process, coupled with immediate policy issuance following mobile money payments, allows newly insured clients to receive their policies in as little as five minutes.
MATONTINE
The objective of the work with US-Senegalese financial inclusion startup MaTontine was to secure a partnership with a banking institution as part of the company expansion plan in Côte d'Ivoire by penetrating the market with a customer base of 100 000 members coming from women's groups and associations.
KREEDO
Kreedo, an indian-based operating in education, was implementing a new client acquisition channel. They needed our support to structure their department, area of focus and approach for behavior change, and capacity building for field team managers in leadership, compensation structure to grow their revenu from $7.5 millions to $12 millions within the year.

The aim of this endeavor is to establish a robust go-to-market strategy and construct a proficient B2B telco sales team. This team will be equipped and empowered to represent MTN Côte d'Ivoire's telco solutions with pride and excellence to businesses of all scales, commencing in Abidjan with a team of 25 individuals. The plan entails expanding this model across the country, scaling up to a team of over 100 members. The envisioned structure mirrors a proven organizational framework, aiming to generate a monthly revenue of 9 million CFA per territory from the team's efforts.
