Mission
The objective of the work was to coach the CEO Maggie Mutesi on the sales mindset and sales approach and business concepts needed to take her company to the next level.
Results
Led and managed from Dakar with a team in different countries, the coaching led her to decide on a strategic headquarter base, the rational behind the team building, the positioning or orientation of the sales strategy, and the development or support on the development of sales documents and pitch which led to big name client acquisition.
