Mission

The objective of the work was to build a team of salespeople that would sell on behalf ENGIE Energy Access their solar SHS solution MySol in Abidjan.

Results

The first step of the project was to build a team of salespeople paid under 100% commissions. That was a challenge but we were able to build that team.

The second step was to train that team and give them the skills and motivation. Transfer of competence is part of our DNA at Elite Waraba. This were team that we train get their motivation.

Third step was to geo-target where to go and sell and get the team to deliver the numbers. We faced many challenges that helped us to better understand the market and give us insights on the difference between selling solar in Abidjan and outside Abidjan.
