The objective of the Leadway Assurance project is to recruit and manage an active frontline team consisting of 2000 rookie insurance sales agents. These agents will operate on a 100% commission basis, tasked with the primary goal of selling auto insurance policies. Additionally, they will be instrumental in promoting Leadway's innovative approach, which involves generating insurance quotes and issuing policies through a mobile app. This streamlined process, combined with instant policy delivery following mobile money payments, ensures that newly insured individuals can obtain their policies in as little as 5 minutes.

The objective of the work was to help MaTontine secure a partnership with a banking institution as part of the company expansion plan in Côte d'Ivoire by penetrating the market with a customer base of 100 000 members coming from women's groups and associations.

Wave Côte d'Ivoire

At Wave Côte d'Ivoire, our objective was to hire a team of over 100 dynamic field agents characterized by a stable retention rate and a strong work ethic. This approach aimed to minimize the likelihood of gaming the system while ensuring the attainment of precise and targeted project's outcomes first in the east coast of Côte d'Ivoire then in other territories.

AC Agency Group for MTN Côte d'Ivoire

The aim of this endeavor is to establish a robust go-to-market strategy and construct a proficient B2B telco sales team. This team will be equipped and empowered to represent MTN Côte d'Ivoire's telco solutions with pride and excellence to businesses of all scales, commencing in Abidjan with a team of 25 individuals. The plan entails expanding this model across the country, scaling up to a team of over 100 members. The envisioned structure mirrors a proven organizational framework, aiming to generate a monthly revenue of 9 million CFA per territory from the team's efforts.
