Mission
The objective of the work was to help MaTontine secure a partnership with a banking institution as part of the company expansion plan in Côte d'Ivoire by penetrating the market with a customer base of 100 000 members coming from women's groups and associations.
Results
Step #1 was to found large women groups: Elite Waraba was able to prospect, mobilize, and get more than 150 000 members coming mainly from women's associations located in Man, Bagoue, Mankono, Abidjan.
Step #2 was to organize and facilitate solution-design workshops with association's presidents. we conducted 4 solutions design workshops that led to the finding of pain points and the type of financial support they each need.
Step #3 was to partner with a Bank: we negociated a partnership with Ecobank Côte d'Ivoire that led to the deisgn by the bank of a specific offer for this group exclusively.
Step #4 is the enrolment.
